During our 1.5–2 hour in-person visit, we engage in an interactive, collaborative process where we assess your existing environment, listen to your goals and lifestyle needs, and provide actionable recommendations on the spot, along with a set of deliverables afterward.
Outcome and Deliverables:
1. ON-SITE DISCUSSION & REVIEW
Walking the space, discussing your lifestyle, pain points, goals, style preferences, budget, and priorities. The designer evaluates layout, flow, light, existing pieces, and constraints.
2. ON-THE-SPOT DESIGN ADVICE
Immediate, focused directly on your specific questions, suggestions for space-planning tweaks, and furniture placement. Advice on color schemes, materials, finishes, or lighting. Feedback on what to keep, edit, or replace.
3. DELIVERABLES AFTER THE SESSION:
* Written summary document: notes & recommendations
* Layout ideas with zoning & furniture placement.
* Reference pictures, Inspiration images/mood board elements, color palettes.
Cost of Service:
The fee for this one-time on-site design consultation is: $600
Payment is due in full upfront, following the completion of the in-person visit at your home. This fee covers one to two average/standard-sized rooms; each additional room will be charged at $200.
* Should you choose to move forward with a full-service design project, this amount will be credited toward the total project fee.
