It is possible to get a well-thought-out project by going through all the design stages in sequence.

Stage 0

Analysis

A critical pre-project stage. An acquaintance at its core. On it, we agree on what conditions and what we will do. We agree on the shore in advance to eliminate all sudden misunderstandings and get a thoughtful result.

0.1 - Analysis of the place, area

We study the area, its features: geometry, relief, dimensions. The accuracy of the subsequent project depends on this.

0.2 - Target. Style. Complexity.

We determine the direction of movement. We will find out what are the prospects, future investments, what is planned…

0.3 - Determining the cost

From the analysis described above, the cost of future design is formed.

0.4 - Conclusion of the contract

Stage 1

Sketch

The sketch will answer the main questions about your future space: what are the possibilities of the room, what is the future functional content, and the stylistic concept, that is, how the object will interact with the user.

1.0. - Advance payment

You pay us an advance according to the contract.

1.1. - Terms of reference and reference selection

Data collection required for the project. It takes the form of a questionnaire or oral survey. Everything is taken into account. After that, using examples of finished objects, we will determine what your object will be.

1.2. - Measurements

We measure the room with a laser rangefinder.

1.3. - Drawings

These are the main drawings.
The main drawing is the floor plan, which gives us an understanding of how you will use the future object.

1.4. - 3D Visualization

You will see your future object as if it already exists, you will not need to imagine anything.
Visualization is performed according to the approved concept in clause 1.1. Terms of Reference, where we look at examples of existing objects.

Stage 2

Blueprints

You will see how your future property will look like on photo-realistic shots from different angles. Also, detailed drawings will be developed for you, which are necessary to bring all your ideas to life.

2.0. - Payment of the balance

You pay us the balance according to the contract for the second time, because we work on a prepaid basis.

2.1. - Drawings

Detailed drawings of all the necessary places and nodes for you and your builders to bring the idea to life.

2.2. - Specification

See all the elements included in your project to estimate the approximate cost of implementation.

Stage 3

Finale

Very soon you will be able to receive a project and start the long-awaited construction of your new facility, which you created with us stage by stage, taking into account every nuance to get the perfect result.

3.1. - Preparation for delivery

We will print out albums with the project for you, send it to you by mail or burn it to a CD, as you wish.

3.2. - Change. Record of acceptance

The solemn presentation of the project and the signing of the acceptance certificate! Now you have everything to make your dream come true.

3.3. - Consultation of builders

A one-time meeting with the construction team and an explanation of all incomprehensible nuances.
